Façon Industrial Supply is an industrial supplier based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, serving manufacturers locally and internationally. We handle the hardware, consumables and bought-in parts around your core work, so your purchasing team has fewer vendors to manage.
We supply fasteners and workshop consumables directly. Machined, sheet metal and finished parts are made by partner workshops that we coordinate, check and deliver. We do not run our own machining or coating lines, and we only quote what we can follow through on.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No fixed MOQ on fasteners and consumables, and trial orders are welcome. For partner-made or distributor items, any maker’s MOQ is stated on the quote.
What lead times should we expect?
Lead time is stated per line on every quote. Direct-supply items are quickest; sourced items depend on distributor stock and workshop loading. If a date is at risk, we tell you early — not on the delivery day.
What payment terms do you work with?
We can work with the usual 30–60 day credit terms once vendor registration is approved. Terms for a first or trial order are agreed with your purchasing team.
Can we get samples before ordering?
Yes. We prepare labelled sample kits for fasteners and consumables, and quote a first-article or trial batch for machined, sheet metal or finished parts.
Can you provide material certs and RoHS / REACH declarations?
Yes, on request, where the manufacturer or mill issues them — please mention it in your RFQ (by WhatsApp or to sales@faconindustrial.com). If a document isn’t available, we tell you at quotation stage.
Which areas do you deliver to?
All of Malaysia, with international orders by arrangement. In Peninsular Malaysia we deliver directly in Johor and by courier or freight elsewhere; Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are by arrangement. International orders are quoted case by case, with shipping method and Incoterms agreed per order.
